I have been living this lifestyle for over 8 years now and have learned much through my own experience combined with over 200 hours of education using various resources. Continuing to progress my own fitness lifestyle has encouraged me to help others in various ways so others can enjoy the same things I have become to love through my fitness journey. My focus in bodybuilding gives me a great understanding of how to maximize potential in and out of the gym!

I am a creature of progress! Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping to create progress for others. This means it doesnt matter where your starting point is or how much better you could be. It’s about the ability to try and try again, not give up on yourself and seek the knowledge and ability to progress in whatever way you are looking for.
